Delete Your Account & Data

Sneho is a pregnancy, baby and parenting health app for families in Bangladesh, published by BlackFossils. You can permanently delete your Sneho account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (recommended)

If you still have Sneho installed, this is the fastest way and removes everything immediately:

Your account and its cloud data are deleted right away, and the copy cached on your device is cleared.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you have already uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in, email us and we will delete your account and data for you:

We verify the request against the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner. We will confirm by email once it is done.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your sign-in account (email/password or linked Google account).
• Parent and child profiles, including names, dates of birth and profile photos.
• All health records you entered — growth measurements, vaccination records, developmental milestones, food and feeding logs, and pregnancy details such as due date, kick counts and appointments.
• Any photos you uploaded, stored in cloud storage.
• The copy of your data cached on your device.

What we may keep

We do not retain your personal health data after deletion. We may keep limited, non-identifying records where required — for example, anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that are not linked to you, and any records we are legally required to retain. These cannot be used to identify you or your family.
